Since 1998, Focus Consulting has helped companies use the ISO 9000 process as a method to improve their businesses. Deming established the principles of Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement and Teamwork. We use those principles to implement a disciplined process of continuous improvement. We consult, coach and train with one purpose, improvement.

 

When consulting and training, we focus on solving specific problems. In addition to helping companies achieve ISO Certification, we conduct internal audits; perform Corrective Action Investigations including root cause analysis, problem solving and solution testing and evaluation. We help companies streamline processes and procedures, and train supervisors. In most cases, return on investment is 4 to 6 times in the first year.

 

When coaching, we focus on building capacity to solve problems. With owners and executive managers, we identify and set priorities. For senior and mid level managers, we think through issues and take accountable action. For lower level managers and supervisors, we work to understand the big picture and how to manage in chaotic situations. With all, we push the same underlying message; consistently do the right thing at the right time to achieve real objectives, your objectives.

 




Focus Consulting is pleased to announce they have completed their 15th successful registration to the ISO 9001 Standard.

The client, a $50+ million manufacture of fabric and vinyl fabricated products achieved registration in record time. The effort started in early April, with the successful registration audit completed the last week of August.
